Couple Counseling

“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” ― Brené Brown

While those essential connections can breathe meaning and purpose in our lives, navigating them can be a major challenge at times. Whether you are experiencing emotional distance, conflict, want to up level your relationship, or get it ready for a new phase of life, couples therapy could be right for you if your relational difficulties are impacting your daily life. Couples therapy can also be highly preventative, and starting sooner than later can hedge against rifts in the relationship.
